The founder of DQ diamond, James Wang, was born in the 1960s. In his early years, James Wang worked at the Zhengzhou Abrasives Research Institute, the leading institution for China's superhard materials research center. James Wang participated in the development of China's 1st generation of cubic press, promoting the application of this technology in the batch production of synthetic diamond and polycrystal diamond composites (PDC), thus breaking the foreign technological monopoly.

This initiative focuses on addressing customized order requirements from premium clients in the oil and gas sector, as well as customers in the shale gas and mining equipment markets across Europe, America, and Southeast Asia

established an independent PDC Processing Center
In 2018, driven by technological advancement and continuous business expansion, the company established an independent PDC Processing Center. Leveraging advanced liquid nitrogen cryogenic treatment technology, PDC decobaltization technology, and laser grinding and engraving technology, the center not only undertakes post-synthesis processing of the company's own PDC products, but also provides post-processing services for external clients including Shenzhen Haimingrun Superhard Materials Co., Ltd.

officially passed the ISO9001-2008
In August 2016, the company officially passed the ISO9001-2008 quality management system certification, marking that its quality management level has reached international standards and making it a core supplier for energy enterprises such as China National Petroleum Corporation and China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation.

FOUNDED COMPANY
Founder Mr. Wang spearheaded the establishment DQ Diamond . The company is mainly engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of PDC and other related products. State-of-the-art quality inspection equipment was introduced at the very inception of the company, including Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM), Energy Dispersive Spectrometers (EDS) and X-ray Diffractometers (XRD).
