Product Description

PDC Pick (PDC Point Attack Pick) is a high-end product specially designed by DQ DIAMOND for mining and foundation engineering. By replacing the tungsten carbide material of the cutting teeth with Polycrystalline Diamond composite material (PDC Cutter), this product is mainly used as the primary cutting teeth of large mining machines such as Coal Shearer Picks and rotary drilling rigs.
The product is manufactured by sintering the diamond layer and Tungsten Carbide Substrate (WC Matrix) at high temperature and high pressure. The diamond layer is compounded with countless microscopic diamond particles and bonding agents after strict ratio design, which gives the product ultra-high hardness, Wear Resistance (Abrasion Resistance), and unique ultra-fine Self-sharpening Ability; The Tungsten Carbide Substrate has good Impact Resistance (High Impact Toughness), and the two are perfectly matched to meet complex and harsh working conditions.
