Nickel coated TSP Diamond(Thermally Stable Polycrystalline Diamond) is a special superhard material designed specifically for extreme thermal conditions and high-strength brazing requirements.

Traditional PDC cutters are prone to thermal degradation due to the influence of residual cobalt catalysts inside when the temperature exceeds 700 ℃; TSP Diamond does not contain metallic cobalt, which greatly increases its heat resistance limit to 1100 ℃ -1200 ℃.

In order to overcome the welding wetting problem caused by the non-metallic nature of pure TSP diamond, this product adopts advanced chemical plating/electroplating technology to wrap a uniform and dense layer of metallic nickel on the surface of thermally stable polycrystalline diamond. This layer of nickel is not only a "metal bridge" for metallurgical connections, but also a "protective garment" for relieving thermal stress and preventing high-temperature graphitization, allowing industrial teeth to maintain extremely high thermal stability while having unparalleled welding strength.

1.Core product advantages

Excellent capillary infiltration and welding strength: The nickel layer has excellent wetting properties for silver based, copper based and other brazing materials, guiding the melted solder to evenly wrap around a single TSP diamond, increasing the shear strength of single particle brazing by several times, and eliminating the phenomenon of "tooth breakage" under severe impact.

1).Thermal stress buffering and impact toughness:

Nickel metal combines toughness and plasticity, effectively alleviating the interface stress between diamond and steel substrate caused by different thermal expansion coefficients during cold and hot cycles. Combined with the polycrystalline structure of TSP diamond that blocks cracks, the overall mechanical impact resistance is significantly enhanced.

2)High temperature oxidation protection:

The nickel layer isolates oxygen during high-temperature brazing (about 900 ℃) and cutting processes, delaying the graphitization degradation of the diamond surface and fully preserving its superhard nature.

3)Chemical resistance:

Faced with deep well hydrogen sulfide, strong acidity and alkalinity, and special cutting fluid environments, the outer layer of nickel provides the first chemical protective barrier.

1).Oil and gas drilling:

widely used as the main cutting teeth and diameter keeping components of impregnated diamond drill bits and TSP diamond drill bits. In granite or hard limestone formations with extremely high hardness and strong grinding properties, ensuring a long drilling life for deep and ultra deep wells and reducing the cost of downtime and tool replacement.

As wear-resistant reinforcement particles for coal mine cutters, rock drilling tools, and shield machine cutterheads, it directly faces high abrasion mineral rock friction.

3). Precision machinery and grinding wheel dressing:

Make multi-point or shaped grinding wheel dressing tools for scraping and calibrating superhard industrial grinding wheels.

4). Cutting of difficult to machine materials:
